اليوم سوف اقدم لحضارتكم موضوع تابع لسلسه الصناعات البلاستيكية



وهو



صناعه اكياس البلاستيك مع الطباعه

وتتم هذه الصناعه على عدة مراحل



اولا : ماكينه السحب لعمل الفيلم


ثانيا : الطباعه اذا اردت ان تطبع على الكيس


ثالثا: ماكينه تقطيع الفيلم ولحام الكيس


رابعا : ماكينه التخريم لعمل الايدي

اولا : ماكينه السحب لعمل الفيلم

وهى عباره عن

1- الخامه
2- الهوبر او السايلو لوضع الخامه بداخلها

3- يمر على الاكستورد والسخانات والاسكروه وهذا لصهر الخامه و تحويلها من حبيبات الى ماده مصهورة للتشكيل

4- يمر بعد ذلك على قالب التشكيل

5- ثم الى اير رتج و وبلور هواء يعمل على عمليه التبريد

6 -ثم بعد ذلك يتم عمل اسحب الفيلم عن طريق البرج وذلك للتشكيل وتبريده فى الهواء وتعرضه للتبريد وذلك لثبات شكل المنتج
عن طريق برج التبريد وطبعا هذا عن طريق الشيللر

7- ومن فوق بكرات لتيسير حركه الفيلم فى اي اتجاه مطلوب

8- بعد ذلك من الممكن وضع وضع رول طبع او ختم وليس طباعه حبر من فوق ل وذلك لعمل تأثيرات على الفيلم

9- بعد ذلك وخد المعالجه

10- وبعدها مرحله التحكم فى عرض الفيلم

11- وحده عمل الرول او لف الفيلم لعمل بكرة حسب الامتار التى نريدها
